Data-Tech International provides financial recovery, optimization platform support, reimbursement assistance, loans and employment-related services. Specific scope, deliverables and fees are set out in individual engagement letters.
Client responsibilities
You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete, that you have the authority to enter into the engagement, and that funds involved are lawfully held.
Fees
Fees are payable per the engagement letter. Where a success-based structure applies, the criteria for success and the corresponding fee are documented in writing before work begins.
Confidentiality
All engagement information is treated as strictly confidential and shared only as necessary to deliver the service or as required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
